Comvest Capital Adds Nii to Lead West Coast Coverage

Comvest Partners announced that Brad Nii has joined the firm as a managing director in Comvest's direct lending group, Comvest Capital. Based in Los Angeles, Nii will be responsible for originating, structuring and managing debt investment opportunities, as well as leading Comvest Capital's West Coast Coverage efforts.

Comvest Partners Chairman and Managing Partner, Michael Falk, said, "We are delighted to have Brad join the Comvest Capital team. Brad's extensive West Coast network will strengthen Comvest Capital's origination capabilities and help build out Comvest's presence on the West Coast."

Prior to joining Comvest Capital, Nii was a Managing Director for Monroe Capital where he was responsible for the firm's West Coast Principal Debt Originations. He has also served as Head of the West Region Sponsor Finance Group for American Capital.

In addition to Nii's lending career, he served as a Senior Investment Banker at B. Riley & Co. and Lehman Brothers. He began his career as a certified public accountant at Ernst & Young.

Comvest Capital provides flexible financing solutions to companies in the lower middle-market across a broad range of industries, with a focus on companies in the healthcare, technology, transportation, financial services, media and manufacturing industries. The lending strategy primarily focuses on providing senior secured debt to less competitive segments of the market including, lower middle-market businesses, and non-sponsored businesses. Comvest Capital is part of Comvest Partners' broader private equity investment platform.
