Tree Line Capital Partners Provides Investment Financing to Two Firms

Tree Line Capital Partners, LLC, a direct lender focused on the lower middle market, provided a first lien credit facility to support Huron Capital Partners’ investment in Direct Connect Logistix, Inc., as well as a credit facility and equity co-investment to support O2 Investment Partners’ investment in EMEX, LLC.

DCL is a nationwide transportation and logistics services company led by co-founder and CEO Roger Singh, co-founder and President Greg Humrichouser and Vice President John Leininger. DCL is a premier provider of domestic brokerage services for shippers across the U.S.  DCL works with an extensive network of prequalified carriers to offer truckload, partial truckload, expedited freight, small parcel and air freight brokerage solutions to customers primarily in the food and beverage, plastic containers and packaging and consumer packaged goods industries.

EMEX is a technology-driven service provider that facilitates the brokerage of electricity and natural gas procurement for end customers in regulated and deregulated markets across the United States. The Company developed a proprietary enterprise software solution for energy brokering that delivers material advantages to EMEX and its large user and government base across the country.
