KeyBanc Capital Markets Adds Chugh as Managing Director in Consumer & Retail Investment Banking

KeyBanc Capital Markets, the corporate and investment banking arm of Cleveland-based KeyCorp, announced the appointment of Neeraj Chugh as Managing Director focused on Consumer Services within its Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group. Chugh joins KBCM's New York office and will focus on expanding the firm's capabilities in the Consumer Services sector, an area of significant private equity activity.
 
Chugh brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance transactions across the consumer sector. He joins KBCM from Canaccord Genuity Sawaya Partners, where he served as Managing Director. Prior to Canaccord, he held a Managing Director role at Piper Sandler and spent several years on the Consumer & Retail team at UBS, where he completed numerous M&A and leveraged finance transactions.

Throughout his career, Chugh has successfully closed transactions with numerous financial sponsors and built strong relationships within the private equity ecosystem. His expertise spans the Consumer Services landscape, positioning him to serve middle-market and larger companies seeking strategic alternatives, growth capital, and M&A advisory services. Chugh holds degrees from New York University and the University of Michigan.
