Culain Capital Funding closed and funded a $3,750,000 accounts receivable financing facility for a New York-based hospitality and facility management firm. The new facility provides essential working capital to support the company’s rapid growth and enable them to hire more employees to meet increasing demand.

The company specializes in overnight hotel cleaning, post-construction detailing, painting, and facility upkeep solutions designed to elevate the guest experience in hospitality environments. Their operational expertise and curated systems help luxury properties maintain five-star standards while improving efficiency and service quality.

The firm's ambitious growth strategy, driven by an expanding client roster, created a pressing need to hire more employees. Their previous factoring partner lacked the speed and flexibility to support this rapid expansion, ultimately constraining the working capital required to build out their team. By partnering with Culain Capital, they now have a tailored working capital solution that enables them to move faster, grow their workforce, and cement their position as an industry leader.

“Our client has built a strong reputation by going beyond basic cleaning to deliver an elevated standard of service in some of the most demanding hospitality settings,” said Jamie Franz, President of Culain Capital. “They needed a financial partner that could match their drive and help them scale, and that’s exactly what we’ve delivered.”

Dan Stacy, Senior Vice President at Culain Capital, added, “This facility provides the flexibility and responsiveness that service providers need to keep growing. We look forward to seeing them expand their workforce, capture new opportunities, and set new standards in hospitality support.”
