Monroe Capital acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Surface Design Group (“Surface Design”) by Milrose Consultants (“Milrose”), an existing portfolio company of Southfield Capital.

Surface Design has specialized expertise in façade consulting, including new metal and glass curtain walls, masonry restoration, window replacement, specialty structures, and complex geometric designs. This collaboration expands Milrose's architecture and engineering consulting service offering and enhances Milrose's ability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions to its clients.
