Porter Capital Adds Welker as Senior Vice President

Porter Capital Corporation announced the addition of Roger S. Welker as Senior Vice President. With more than 35 years of experience in commercial finance, Welker brings deep expertise in factoring, asset-based lending, and relationship-driven business development.

Welker has held senior roles with several of the industry's most recognized firms, including CIT Commercial Services, Wells Fargo Capital Finance, Merchant Financial Corp, and Edge Capital Corp. His extensive background includes establishing strong market presences throughout the Southeast and guiding clients across industries toward flexible financing options when traditional banks were unable to meet their needs.
