Sonata Bank, together with Sonata Financial Holdings, has hired Dana Litman as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As the latest addition to the leadership team, Litman most recently served as Interim CFO at Sonata Bank, guiding the bank through a period of reorganization and strategic realignment. He has more than 30 years of financial services experience in accounting, risk management, information technology and operations with banks, holding companies, fintechs and companies that provide bank software and services to the banking industry.

Previously, Litman was CFO at Community Bankshares, Inc., located in West Georgia, where he led initiatives in liquidity management, capital planning and sponsor banking. Prior to that, he spent nearly 20 years at Quantum National Bank in the Atlanta area where he served as Executive Vice President, CFO and Chief Risk Officer leading finance, IT, risk management and the treasury services and retail functions, earning top ratings for the bank for six consecutive years. Litman has held senior financial leadership positions at United Community Bank, Caprock Energy and Allmerica Financial as well as other insurance and financial institutions.
