Cadence Business Finance Adds Lindley as SVP, Managing Director of Originations in Atlanta

Cadence Business Finance (CBF) announced the addition of Oz Lindley, senior vice president, managing director of originations for Southeastern United States. Lindley is based in Atlanta.

Lindley brings over 30 years of well-diversified senior secured lending experience to the CBF team. He is responsible for originating and structuring asset-based transactions to middle and upper-middle market companies throughout the southeast region.  

“Oz has a long history of serving middle-market companies and supporting their success,” said Norbert Schmidt, executive vice president and director of business finance at Cadence Business Finance. “His depth of experience and client focus will deliver incredible value for our clients and teammates in Atlanta.”

Prior to joining Cadence Bank, Lindley was vice president, business development for First Business Bank. He previously held various business development, underwriting, credit and portfolio management positions at CapitalSource (now Pacific Western Bank), PNC Business Credit, RBS Business Capital and Comerica Bank.

Lindley earned his MBA with honors from the University of Indianapolis – School of Business and his bachelor’s in economics and management from Albion College. He is closely involved in industry associations, including Turnaround Management Association, Secured Finance Network, Association for Corporate Growth, and the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.
