Capital One Appoints Malone to Mid-Market Lending Team in New York

Capital One Bank announced that Brian Malone has joined its Middle Market banking team in New York as Vice President. In this role, he will provide lending and commercial banking services to Capital One’s middle market customers in the Northeast. Malone will report to Alan Ackbarali, Senior Vice President and Metro New York Market Manager for the Middle Market.

“Brian brings a wealth of experience to Capital One Bank,” said Ackbarali. “He is a strategic addition to the team and will play a significant role as we grow our customer-focused, Middle Market lending business throughout the Northeast. We are exceptionally well-positioned to serve our clients with world-class financial capabilities and a market-leading team of proven professionals.”

Brian joins Capital One Bank from HSBC Bank, where he was an Assistant Vice President in its Middle Market Commercial Bank. His previous roles include serving as a Senior Underwriter in JP Morgan Chase’s Apparel Group, and as Account Executive and Field Examiner for CIT Commercial Services.
