IFA Annual Conference Exceeds Early Registration Records

January 12, 2016, 07:21 AM

The International Factoring Association (“IFA”) today announced a significant increase in registrations for the 22nd Annual Factoring Conference.  Registrations as of January 5th have increased 25% compared to registrations from January 2015. Now in its 22nd year, the 2016 Factoring Conference will take place on April 13-16 at The Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona.

It is the world's largest conference dedicated to banks and finance companies that offer factoring and receivables financing. With the increase in registrations, the 2016 Factoring Conference could top 2015’s record of 800 attendees.

“We are extremely excited about the increase in registrations said Bert Goldberg, Executive Director of the IFA. This year’s conference will feature prestigious keynote speakers, educational workshops with a distinguished list of panelists in the factoring industry and excellent networking opportunities.”

A number of factors are driving interest in the show, including appearances by high-profile speakers and executives, unparalleled access to industry peers, and industry participants wanting to stay ahead of the competitive curve.
This years’ conference will include keynote addresses from: Sheryl Connelly of Ford Motor Company, Captain Mark Kelly, Commander of Space Shuttle Endeavour’s final mission and many other sessions to choose from. In addition, Toby Groves, President of Groves Research and Consulting, will deliver a presentation on the Psychology of Fraud.

The full agenda and registration details are available on the event website at www.factoringconference.com.

Headquartered in Avila Beach, CA and with over 425 corporate members, the International Factoring Association is the largest association of commercial finance companies in the world.  Members include factoring companies, asset based lenders and other receivables finance companies.
