BRG Adds Sawyer as Director in Financial Institution Advisory Practice

BRG announced that Alexandra Sawyer has joined the firm’s Financial Institution Advisory practice as a director. Based in Washington, DC, she advises leading financial institutions on change management, risk mitigation, and regulatory challenges.

A trusted, client-centric executive, Sawyer brings more than twenty-five years of experience delivering multimillion-dollar consulting engagements, leading high-performing and cross-functional teams, and developing innovative solutions to help banks and financial services firms mitigate risk and execute complex change initiatives.  

“Alexandra has a strong reputation for steering large, multidisciplinary teams through challenging regulatory landscapes at some of the largest banks in the world,” said Paul Noring, a managing director and leader of BRG’s Financial Institution Advisory practice. “Her depth of experience and collaborative approach align seamlessly with our commitment to support prominent organizations across the financial sector with practical, results-driven solutions.”

Sawyer helps financial services organizations execute on their most pressing strategic initiatives, including new business activities, addressing market challenges, and responding to shifting regulatory expectations. She has deep functional expertise in governance, data, systems, and key banking business processes, allowing her to accelerate implementation of key organizational initiatives while addressing compliance concerns and managing risk across business lines.
