Coral Capital Solutions, a provider of financing solutions for small and medium sized enterprises, announced that Tom Siska has joined as Chief Operating Officer. Tom will be managing all aspects of underwriting, portfolio management and operations and will work with sales and strategy to grow the existing business and expand Coral Capital’s product offering.

Tom brings more than 40 years of leadership and experience in the private credit market and is recognized as one of the most innovative and successful business leaders in small business to middle-market asset-based lending and factoring. He has a long track record for hiring and managing high performance teams. Prior to joining Coral Capital, Tom orchestrated multiple successful turnarounds, all of which are either still thriving today or were sold at a premium to book and built several organizations since inception. Tom graduated from DePaul University with a double major in finance and marketing and has his MBA from the University of Chicago.
