Austin Joins FactorHelp as Factoring Consultant

FactorHelp announced Ginamarie Austin has joined the firm as its newest factoring consultant. Austin will provide consulting services to the factoring industry by assisting management and operation departments to help improve their efficiency in the office.

Austin comes to FactorHelp with 20 plus years of experience in factoring, banking, accounts receivable financing, inventory, equipment, work-out loans, and liquidation. She has immersed herself in the factoring industry by working for several banks, managing serval factoring companies and assisting software companies in developing a platform to help manage the factoring portfolios.

She has served as Director of Customer Support for 3i Infotech located in Edison, New Jersey. 3i Infotech is a provider of technology solutions and services to the financial industry, including a factoring solutions, web portal access for clients and consulting services. During her successful tenure at 3i Infotech, she directed all customer support, consulting services and business development efforts.
