Gillespie Joins Tradewind Finance as Vice President, Sales

Tradewind Finance announced that Kevin Gillespie has joined the firm as Vice President, Sales based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Gillespie brings years of experience in the factoring and larger finance industry to the role, where he will be responsible for driving business growth.

Most recently, Gillespie served as Regional Vice President at Pitney Bowes Bank. During his tenure there, he helped launch the company’s working capital solutions program that includes equipment finance, ABL, and factoring. As Regional VP, he was pivotal in developing new business both in the Northeast and internationally.

Before Pitney Bowes Bank, Gillespie was a leader in opening and growing Idaho-based factoring company Integrity Financial. Prior to spearheading this effort, he served as Senior Vice President at SouthStar Capital and worked at Bibby Financial where he built a strong customer base in both domestic and foreign markets.

He began his career in the Goldman Sachs MNA Division and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance. Along with his extensive background in the financing space, which also includes dealings in PO funding, Gillespie’s exposure to the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, transportation and service sectors will be an asset to Tradewind’s overall business strategy.
