Heritage Equity Partners (HEP), a premier M&A advisor to distressed organizations and special situations and a subsidiary of Heritage Global Inc., announced that Matt LoCascio is a 7th Annual M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Award Winner. M&A Advisor named LoCascio a winner on April 6.
 
The M&A Advisor is the world’s premier leadership organization of M&A, turnaround and finance professionals. It created the M&A Emerging Leaders Award in 2010. The award recognizes and celebrates the achievements of young M&A, financing and turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success and made notable contributions to their industry and community.

An independent panel of business leaders chooses the winners from a pool of nominees.

LoCascio is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and has been a speaker on panels related to distressed sales, as well as testified in numerous bankruptcy courts regarding sales process and procedure. He has been published by TMA’s Journal of Corporate Renewal.

The M&A Advisor will recognize award winners at the New York Athletic Club in Manhattan on Friday, June 10. The Awards Gala is part of the 2016 Emerging Leaders Summit, an exclusive event pairing current and past Emerging Leaders winners together with their peers and industry stalwarts, to promote mentorship and professional development.
